Demogodz, LLC is a Rockwall, TX-based demolition and land management company founded by Keith Lowery, a Navy veteran with 24+ years of construction experience. We handle demolition, land clearing, forestry mulching, site prep, grading, excavation, pond construction, and stump removal for residential and commercial clients.
Yes. Keith Lowery served in the Navy and brings that background to how we run the business — with accountability, precision, and a commitment to doing what we say we’re going to do.
We were founded in October 2024 and are actively growing our presence across the Rockwall area and the broader DFW region.
We’re based in Rockwall, TX, and we serve a 75-mile radius. That covers much of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and extends into communities like Greenville, Terrell, Kaufman, Corsicana, and further out depending on the project. If you’re not sure whether we come to your area, just ask.
Yes. We work with both. A significant portion of our work comes from general contractors and luxury custom home builders who need a reliable site prep and land management crew. We also work directly with homeowners and individual landowners.
Yes. All of our estimates are free. We come out to your property, evaluate the scope, and provide a quote before any work begins. No obligation.
We offer demolition (residential and commercial up to 4 stories), site prep and grading, land clearing, forestry mulching, excavation, pond construction, and stump removal. For a full overview, see our Services page.
Yes. That’s actually one of our strengths. We can handle clearing, grading, excavation, and pond work as part of one coordinated project rather than requiring you to find multiple subcontractors for each phase.
Forestry mulching uses a specialized machine to grind trees, brush, and vegetation on-site into mulch, which stays on the ground and breaks down naturally. It makes sense when you want to clear land without hauling material away, and when leaving organic cover on the ground is acceptable for your end goals.
Call or text us at (903) 782-1770, or fill out the contact form on our website. We’ll follow up, get a few details about your project, and schedule a site visit. From there, we provide a free estimate and you decide how you’d like to proceed.
We’re available Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm and Saturday from 8am to 3pm. You can call or text during those hours and we’ll get back to you promptly.
